What this site is

The site shares personal writing, music/media activity, and small live panels (including a "Currently" health snapshot, house/energy stats, and photos) for informational and personal-portfolio purposes only. It is not a product, and no account, subscription, or payment is required to view it.

The "Currently" health panel

The health panel displays rounded, aggregate wellbeing stats (steps, active minutes, resting heart rate, sleep) sourced from the site owner's own Google Health account. It is a personal display feature, not a health, fitness, or medical product or service. Nothing on this site constitutes medical advice, and the panel should not be relied on for any health or medical decision. See the Privacy Policy for how that data is handled.

No warranty

The site and its content, including any live data panels, are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Live data (music, health, house, car, or gallery panels) may be delayed, incomplete, or temporarily unavailable, and no uptime or accuracy guarantee is made.

Acceptable use

Don't attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at abusive volume, or use it to gain unauthorized access to any connected system or account.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the site changes. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
